What I do
As a Chiropractor, I help people who are in pain caused by misaligned bones,by adjusting them back into the correct position. I also do a lot of wellness/maintenence with patients who use chiropractic as a preventative form of treatment and creating optimum health. I enjoying working with pregnant women, children and babies.
As a Colon Hydrotherapist, I get my best results and work satifaction with patients who suffer from constipation, bloated-ness and IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). Using warm purified water I clear out the whole of the colon helping healthy people to detox and get a better quality of life.

I have over 10 years of experience as a therapist in private practice.
In 2003, I opened Spring Clinic , it is now a busy, well-established clinic. I offer colon hydrotherapy and chiropractic every day.
I am an appointed person first aider

Personal Life
I am a devoted mother to my young daughter and in a committed relationship with her father, Martin.
I enjoy flamenco and ceroc dancing, climbing, running, yoga, swimming and snow-boarding. I have an allotment to grow our fruits and vegetables, I make my own fresh fruit juices/bread every day and have a vegetarian diet.

I feel very confident and experienced in the treatments I offer at Spring Clinic, and in the benefits they bring to my patients, young and old.
I offer honest/open advice and support.
