Sunday 18th April 2010- Welcome to the world ! I gave birth to this boy-8lb 3oz- it was an easy home waterbirth again. Thanks to all that attended, the midwifes were fantastic. His name is Buster Thomas and he is the best baby ever x

 Thursday 16th April 2009 - I gave blood today for the first time, a very rewarding thing to do. It was painless and only took an hour from beginning to end - quicker with an appointment but I just turned up. Tuesday 14th April 2009-  I read my friends book on holiday, "Skinny Bitch" by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin- the website they refer to alot is http://www.goveg.com - it is so shocking the way animals are treated. I think it is so important to ensure the animals we do eat have a lovely life and a humane death.

Wednesday 1st April 2009-  I have become BUPA registered as a Chiropractor, this is good news for anyone who has BUPA healthcare.

Friday 27th March 2009- I have joined the Association and Register of Colon Hydrotherapists they are a very professional well organised association with high standards of education and regulations of therapists.
