People quite often first seek my help when they are pain and then have ongoing preventative/maintenance appointments (3-6 monthly) like having a check-up at the dentist.

I often use muscle releasing techniques as I am a trained sports massage therapist and incorporate this in my chiropractic treatments. I also give suitable exercises/stretches for strengthening and supporting the skeletal system.
