Update News with Eliza May at Spring Clinic

 Thursday 16th April 2009 - I gave blood today for the first time, a very rewarding thing to do. It was painless and only took an hour from beginning to end - quicker with an appointment but I just turned up. Felt fine afterwards too. There are many venues and times  check out the website http://www.blood.co.uk/ and do something amazing today and give blood !

Tuesday 14th April 2009- Today I became a vegetarian after reading my friends book on holiday, "Skinny Bitch" by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin- the website they refer to alot is http://www.goveg.com - it is so shocking the way animals are treated. I think it is so important to ensure the animals we do eat have a lovely life and a humane death. Until I can ensure this then I will remain vegetarian.

Wednesday 1st April 2009-  I have become BUPA registered as a Chiropractor, this is good news for anyone who has BUPA healthcare.

Friday 27th March 2009- I have joined the Association and Register of Colon Hydrotherapists they are a very professional well organised association with high standards of education and regulations of therapists. Although I have practiced ten years without been a member I would highly recommend anyone wishing to have colonics to go with a ARCH registered therapists see the website  http://www.colonic-association.org/
